Due to the rewards screen hanging. I am unable to leave the rewards screen once being returned to my ship. Platform Xbox One OS Version: 10.0.14393.2123 (rs_xbox_rel_1610.161105-1400) fre Updated on: 11/17/2016 Appears to be multi player dependant as it is random.
