war within does not continue

Hi i have this problem:

In the "war within" part n.4 when there are only the operator and Ordis, and the operator is showing his new powers to Ordis, when the screen shows the message "lctrl to go void mode", i press, operator goes in void mode and after some time goes out. At this time the message "lctrl to go void mode" still remains on the screen and therefore i can't continue the quest. I tried many times to restart the game uselessy. Because this i can't play other missions, the quest start itself as soon as i logged in.

I started a ticket wednesday last week and a bug report thursday last week,
