Riven Transmutation

Like title says, give us an option to transmute Riven mods like you can do with regular mods. Transmute 2 Rivens --> 1 new Riven. There's a lot of terrible weapon Rivens out there (looking at you, Sentinel weapons), and especially with the 15-Riven limit, the ability to transmute would lessen the pain of RNG. Now even utterly useless, terrible Rivens have use.

Only 2 Rivens instead of 4 because Rivens are so much scarcer.

Don't know about just 2 riven mods, but 4 riven mods and a lot of credits maybe.

let us transmute rivens there are weopons that dosent fit our playstile or at least make them worth to convert in endo plssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
