Cephalon Fragments

I've been hunting around for Cephalon fragments on Mercury, I've discovered 5 and it said "Mercury complete" yet, as soon as I go to the codex section for the fragments there are still two empty panels with "Mercury". Is there a set of five for each mission type or am I missing something else?

If you are very sure it said "Mercury complete" but the fragment is still incomplete chances are you either quit the mission where you found the last fragment or the game just bugged slightly. If so you can try contacting support

I think you misunderstood me. I completed Mercury in Extermination missions to acquire the fragments, but in the codex there is more than one Mercury section. There is three in total, I completed one and that's fine but there are still two left. I have no idea how to unlock those ones.

All planets have more than 1 fragment set, some set have planet name and some different and still are under certain planet. You need find another 5 fragments for next set

There's a "hidden" part of the codex that more or less details whatever is related to the planet. You just need to scan another 5 more fragments to actually complete it.

Same applies for all other tilesets.

You completed the "Mercury" entry in your codex, but they are 3 entries for each planet
