I've lost one of my riven mod after the mod balance patch

Previously I have 2 riven mods of the Vuklok and the Paris. One I get from the quest. The other from the sortie the week after. After the balancing patch my Paris mod disappeared however, and it is the one that I've got from the quest too :(

I even spend kuva to reroll that mod twice before the kuva cost reduction as well.
