Flying at Akkad

So I was messing around with my Transference near that shipping container that'll sometimes let you glitch on top of it, and after a while I found I couldn't jump, I was just locked in the jump animation and could float around, but it ended when I performed an animation. I was downed shortly after, and when I was revived the effect was permanent. I accidentally hit myself with my Tonkor, which knocked me even higher, still in the jump animation, shown here:

When I performed an ability it unlocked that, and left me like this:

I've never seen this glitch mentioned before, and I'm not sure how to reproduce it. When I got high enough the enemies also stopped targeting me, but other factions may have.
