Multiplatform Archwing missions

Wouldn't it be cool if you flew to you Moble defense objective in an Archwing, and then land on a platform that allows you to switch to your warframe, and if you jumped out of the area it would automatically switch to archwing mode. allowing half your team to fly in an archwing while the other shoot on the ground. At the same time Enemies would air drop on to the platform and shoot from the vechiles they have, making for some intense multiplatformed firefights. It would seriously spice up archwing missions... OH! and get rid of normal flying archwing missions. (for the sake of platformed pads being a more common battle grounds. Tiles could consist of hanger bays, astroids with Non archwing hotspots, on the side of a freaking carrier, or even some destoried orokin landing pad in space.

How it works, Similar to Hotspoting, where if you're in an area, scripting tells you to switch to tenno warframe mode, when you leave said space, it switches to archwing mode, similar to uranus and its water. However, animation would be needed to find a transition that isnt forced or clunky as the fire fights are gonna need to transition from flight to foot fast and maybe shooting all the time during that transition.

What do you think? And how do you think this can be incorporated into other mission types like sabatoge with mini bosses you have to kill like Void sab mission where you land on a pad to fight large intimidating enemies that can take archwing blows like rocky(please no more bullet sponge enemies). OR hijack where you have to ride a vechile while they land but can fly any time to kill enemies.

That would be pretty interesting. Not sure if you've completed it yet, but The War Within has already introduced a transition from space to ground. I can't remember if it was smoother or the same as on Uranus though.

With the way the nodes on the newest Grineer tileset were labeled I was kinda expecting this sort of thing to already be part of it.

I like your idea! Perhaps have landing and exit spots so you don't end up in archwing by accident, as that could be frustrating. +1

I was thinking of a large box that enables archwing mode if your to far out. but it would have to depend on if you land under the map or over it.
