Secondary Rivens, End of year

Absolutely not! The Rifle Rivens system isn't anywhere near stable as it is.

• Costs are still uncapped
• Stat control with cycling isn't there
  • Still generates stats that are useless on, such as Crit on Miter. - Multishot, over -100% damage.
• Acquisition is haphazard and RANDOMLY unfair
  • There are people who still haven't gotten Rivens from sorties
• No Transmutation to clear 4 unwanted Rivens to 1 Masked

This is not the time to roll out any more types of Rivens. Go on holiday, get the year over with and come back to it mid January. Rivens as a system is not ready for more types of weapons to be added. It is not stable.
