Insane Excalibur movement speed bug

Getting straight to the point. If you equip "Dispatch Overdrive" on Excalibur's melee you can make an insane movement speed bug happen. First you need to equip the mod on your melee weapon. Then when you are ingame use your Exalted blade to kill someone while channeling it. Then use your 4th ablity to put the Exalted blade away. If you did this your movement speed will increase and you won't lose the bonus movement speed until you get killed. Also you can stack it and go at insane speeds witch is pretty fun but pretty game breaking to.
