Update problem

So i was playing on both PC and laptop, but recently i have problem downloading on both of them. Whatever i pick to download first, the second system i pick always have problem updating. Download speed becomes very slow and it continuously disconnects. If i update first on laptop, my PC suffers the problem and vice versa.

Both shares the same modem/connection and disconnecting one of them didn't help improving the update.
