Trading with another player

When me and another player traded ( I gave him 30 platinum and he tried to give me ash prime system) he got the 30 platinum but I received nothing and when he went to check his inventory he no longer had ash prime system. I do hope I get reimbursed or I get the ash prime system like I payed for. Honestly I'd rather have the ash prime system.

Before you accepted the trade, did you see the ash p part in the trade? did you check your foundry items?carefully..

Yes and yes. Everything was normal and going how it was supposed to go. The other player thought the trade was good until I mentioned I didn't have the part and I checked three times and even logged out and back in to make sure.

Since I'm probably not gonna get platinum back can you at least give me the ash prime system I tried to buy? I don't wanna spend more platinum trying to get the same part I already should have. Technically my ash prime should be built by now.
