no, that never said that. In fact, they said the complete opposite. They literally said the infested frame had nothing to do with the door. What they did say, during one of their devstreams was the door had to do with a new system. Assinations and rescuing were the idea. But it may be different. I don't know where you got the idea that a single frame could be super special and get a special door all to themselves. There's already 44 frames including all primes and all normal frames, and there's many more to come. Do you think one, singular frame is going to picked out and get special conditions?

Haha.. funny thing is that Nidus is a special warframe made for the door in the new quest... dont start telling people they are wrong when you dont even know you're right yourself, people these days

Not only is this infection something you cant avoid because trolls will give it to you if you have good fashion frame. But it also changes your alightment.. Yeah you read that right..Forget going one alightment or not in the quest.. it will force change it for you.

Thanks a lot DE.. Not only did you ruin our choices in quests because they are not meanless because of the infection changes your alightment .. But you forced the infection on people that dont want it as well. Giving them no option to either decline it or accept it.

I think we will be given an opposite option, so don't get your knickers in a twist. Not that I don't enjoy such salty panic.

My path is pure sun and it didn't change a bit after I infected dozens of players.

There was a bug which counted evil option instead of neutral in the latest quest. Perhaps this is what happened to some players.

I have been pure sun as well, my operator and Saryn got infected yesterday and now there is a slight dark tilt in the dial on my profile. I have not infected anyone, but got infected unwillingly and it has a tilt. Not sure if I like that at all.

Same, only i was neutral. I do not even have a Nidus yet. Also, i do hope that we will not have to wait for a way to deal with this thingy as long as we waited for infested door to open. Pink do clash with most of my frames colors.

Getting infected should not tilt the alignment... actively infecting should. This is what bothers me the most now.

I had to double check.

Don't know if it is the design of the dial or it is that 1-2 pixel difference. I did draw a small red line over the edge and it is not perfectly horizontal. My eyes pick this up as a tilt but I'm posting this here so other Sun tenno can see for themselves.

I'm sure that just like the youtubers the support from DE are under lockdown and cannot confirm or deny anything so far about these cysts and the infection. So we have to figure this out for ourselves.

Hey guys. The boss finally got infected but he couldn't see his own tumor despite us all freaking out about it.

Fortunately someone took a screenshot of it for him.

I am curious as to why some people can't see their own tumor.

Well, one of the topic writers with Nekros Prime picure in his profile(tank you very much)helped me get my Excal infected,as he said I have the tumor already but I can't see it at all.I thought its caused by skin I am using, but as I see,its not working that way.Perhas this is gonna be little patch for it

Maybe they don't have Nidus / haven't opened the door themselves?

I have seen it on my friend's Nidus after he infected me upon entering the mission with him... But I saw none before. I don't have Nidus yet. Still cooking in my foundry.

Guys I just found out why the clan leader can't see it.

It's cause it starts out small.

Why do so many tag it with spoilers? It's not something like a quest's plot twist, in fact, many players found it out by accident and could as well miss it. I wouldn't even think to try entering that room because DE clearly stated that Nidus and infested door have no connection.

Ofc some may argue with my first point, but there's an even greater problem that involves being infected by Nidus in your squad. People have been using their go-to fashionframes having no idea they'll get this annoying purple cyst that can't be removed. Does anyone think it doesn't need to be discussed openly?

We can discuss about it to... talk about how it's caused, why it's caused and where it's caused.

Also, can somebody send a pic on here of what happens to their infected operator? I'm kinda curious.

It happens only to the warframe you used, not to operator himself.

I had no idea people were so eager to talk about their various parasites and infections. I'm not gonna just but I'm not going to haunt either.

It's more like talking about the disease problem as a whole. You won't travel to the regions hit by epidemic diseases, right? Same here - I wouldn't take my old buddy Excalibro to missions with Nidus if I knew about this thing.

Alright, OK. Got it

I was just asking since I saw an infected operator standing next to an infected Warframe. Was kinda in doubt when I saw that :P

Oh, perhaps Nidus' third ability can affect operators in a squad, gotta try it, thanks for the idea. :D
