Loosing items when connection is lost (Void Fissures)

Hi, I am quite new to the warframe forums and I'd like to report a bug with void relic rewards and loosing connection.

 

I was playing public Lith Excavation Augustus on Mars, my squad and I excavated probably around 500 cryotic where the first reward being [Soma Prime Stock]* (Everybody's chosen reward, duh), second reward was [Fang Prime Blueprint]* (my chosen reward), and before we excavated the last 100 cryotic for the next loop my (Not sure about others') game lost connection to the server, I was logged out with another message overlapping which said that I lost connection to the host. After successful login back Ordis in inbox gave me back the [Fang Prime Blueprint] as where I didn't get the first* reward.

 

Now hear me out I might be butthurt for losing a relatively cheap item but that's how I am, I have to some extent proof of what happened.

Did you follow the guidelines and make a support ticket?

Also you'll not get the items, but they might refund your relics...

Thanks for the reply, guess not, sorry :S Doesn't matter anymore, got lucky and another soma piece...
