Psychocrazy Posted January 30, 2013 Share Posted January 30, 2013 in the tree there is speed then speed boost electric shield then electric shield boost but spark and overload all just say spark and overload....are any of these boost or what? played a game and my overload seemed remarkably weak compared to before and the radius is much smaller even though i through a 39% power range in the mix.
