Last I checked, Simulor and Penta were similarly not making any dents in the globe, nor its occupants.

So you are running punchthrough on simulor and penta?

Otherwise I don´t see how you would bypass the globe with those weapons.

Arctic Eximi have a mobile globe, they can get close enough to a Simulor ball / vortex
or a deployed Penta 'nade for those to be well within the globe.

You can also, you know, ignore Boromir and simply walk into the Globe yourself and then use your weapon.

None of this is having any effect for the weapons in question it seems.
