I'm all for a tank but you should rethink that one. Taunt and Turn would be a great CC strategy. Ganbu would pretty much be sacrificing his offensive capabilities to defend the team, which is a part of his lore. Other frames like Nyx and Vauban can CC a whole crowed, and still fight at full force, which will keep them at the top of the CC leader-board. Perhaps add a limit to the number of taunted enemies, like how Vauban's Bastille can only hold so many enemies instead of reducing the damage reduction to 50-75%? Maybe Taunt limit and 95% instead? Well, maybe, shouldn't be that hard. Just do a mo-cap somersault, then loop it for the easy way. Maybe it's just a, Genbu shrinks, but his curled up form grows. Kinda like how some frames have parts you can't see, but you can with their idles. Like Harrow's Noble weaponless idle, where he pulls out his relic. Genbu could have a rolled up version that just gets bigger on activation, but that would look bad. The animation for it's activation would be very heard. That passive... is downright overpowered. Needs to be nerfed to at least 50% damage reduction. Taunt is a good ability. Nothing much to say on it except for nerfing the duration to a max of 20 seconds. Because it's really powerful. Squall is... meh? This ability would work better on a Frost. Not really feeling it. Doesn't seem to match the theme. Serpentine is pretty good as well. Just a few minor tweaks. The toxin damage the Serpent deals should probably look more like 15/30/45/60 for 2.5/5/7.5/10 seconds. Doze is alright. I'm assuming this doesn't make you invincible, because he is pretty much god, lmao. Not much to say on this one. However, if you want to use Doze it will just downright delete all of Genbu's energy in 4 seconds. Maybe decrease the drain to 15 max. A pretty solid execution all around. Squall's Augment Whiteout's enemy vision reduction goes by % now. Serpentine's enemy holding duration reduced. The fear effects of Doze have been moved to it's Augment.
