What is the fastest way to get Conclave points?

Thanks to my latency, no matter how good I get i'm always last place,

since I can't pick up the oro before i get lag-killed by the guy a killed before he killed me,

but he actually killed me before him, but thanks to latency we both killed each other.

 

With this conclave event going on right now, I keep getting the 2nd or 3rd most kills,

but a very small amount of oro, because it just takes so long to pick them up,

i end up dieing to the next guy, who just takes them.

 

For a guy that is always last place,

what is the fastest way to get conclave points?

 

I want to get those awesome conclave weapon skins so bad.

Do your daily challenges with friends. Your weekly challenge awards you with 50k conclave standing too.

Don't really have any friends playing the game anymore. They all kinda stopped when the grind got too real.

Guess I could ask some clanmates.

Fastest way is to do well in the game.

Each kill nets 500 affinity base. Each modifier generally adds an extra 100 to that. There are alot of modifiers. With a nice kill, you can easily stack a lot of modifiers. I might actually be missing a few... and I don't have the list of CTF modifiers.

Are you sure? I've gotten 20 kills in one watch, and only 2-3ksome points.

3k for a 'mostly won' match, excluding challenges, sounds about right.

This is a typical match for me without challenges. I use an affinity booster, so my actual gain was about 3.5k (~3.2k without consecutive bonus) for 27 kills + a match win bonus.

Extra notes:

If you stay in a lobby for more than one match in a row, you gain a +10% rep bonus.

You can also earn rep from Lunaro, though I cannot comment on that as that's not a gamemode I really play.

To bad i can't get higher then last place do to it taking 5+ seconds to pick up one oro.

Most kills, last place, 95% of the time.

EDIT - it also took me 8 hours, no joke, to get into one match.(yesterday)

Either conclave is dead in my region, north west america,

or they have it set up so to not let high pings join.

Take a look at the data from my thread here for a guess at the hot hours of NA Conclave/adjust timezone to yours.

Definitely is not dead. West Coast America here. During hot hours, I never have any trouble finding a match.
