Looking for an actually active alliance

Hey Tenno!

So I have been in a fair amount of alliances, most of them had huge amounts of members. Everything seems fine at first, people are online, chatting, there's even a Discord or Teamspeak server. But then I run into a problem: I rarely find a squad there. People just seem to ignore messages, and even if they do, a lot of the time they lag, since they're from a different region. So I ask of you, the alliance recruiter who is reading this, that your alliance would actually be active in terms of squad making. It would also be great if it had mostly European players. Well, its good to see people looking an alliance and i have an offer, Ice Alliance, if you interested, we have a high emphasis on TeamSpeak and clans are promoted the more active the clans are. e have both regions and a lot of clans, im sure you will be able to find lots of groups as well (especially in weekends).
