You say that like DE is the only developer they do this to. It's not. And like I said before, the agreement is to protect the users that create the content. If YOU got a skin for say 150 plat (without Steam on PC), which is what- 5 or 6 US dollars worth and someone else (with Steam on PC) pays 7 or 8 dollars worth of real money then essentially the creators (as well as DE and Valve) lose out on 1 to 2 dollars for those purchases made without Steam.That's why policies like this exist.

EDIT: And because you're using the same platform even, if you aren't using Steam, you're still subject to their creator-protection policies.

Hit Indicator Changes

Shooting enemies in the head versus their gut is very useful when it comes to...everyday Tenno life. To better indicate exactly where your bullets are penetrating, hit indicators will be a pulsing yellow on default (anywhere but the head) and a quicker pulsing red when administering those satisfying headshots!

• Fixed Vault doors in the Orokin Derelict throwing Clients out of bounds if they performed a roll and then shot their weapon before opening it (although why such rambunctious activities are necessary in a game this peaceful remains unclear).
• Fixed shooting the buttons in the Jordas Trial when they are greyed out prevents players from shooting the buttons after being kicked out of the tunnel.
• Fixed Oro Ornament displaying mesh when attempting to place it in an invalid spot in your Landing Craft.
• Fixed an elevator panel clipping through a wall in the Corpus Gas City tileset.
• Fixed being able to escape the level by traversing a zipline through a wall in the Corpus Outpost tileset.
• Fixed launching into Submersible Archwing mode when not required, and breaking movement in the Grineer Sealab tileset.
• Fixed the Taxon Inbox message missing a comma. 
• Fixed an issue where having duplicate rooms or decorations would prevent you from entering your Dojo.

Gawd, please, this salt across whole thread. Like somebody inserting this Tennogen content into you, DE just announces it. They allow us to make our own content, they allow 3D modelers to insert content people vote for so ppl get what they liked, DE have plat-valued skins as well, they do not force us to buy Prime Access (except accessories but that's our choice, tbh Prime things are most overpriced here). Yes, if you want to be fashionframe, so you pay, but it's just skins. You can spend your precious plat discount on boosters and farm things and be fine. Or sell things and pay nothing for game.

Here's the thing. We have absolutely no idea how content creators are paid for their items on console. I assume that they are in fact paid for their console sales. So, whatever that deal is is what keeps Tennogen from being offered for non-Steam PC players and what allows it to come to console players via plat.

We need it in "Phased Vauban Warframe Skin" and "Rubedo Plated Rhino Skin" too.

Phased skin doesn't fit very well with the the Vauban Prime mesh. That skin cover the mesh instead of adapt to it.

They need more love!

sounds like steam is turning into microsoft i agree that it would be nice to buy this with plat or rather have it be more fair money amounts with the amount of money you use to buy a tennogen item you can probably buy up to 1k plat

Glad to have helped. Limbo is my favourite frame and I hope this fix for his Aureolus helmet comes as soon as possible, also I surely hope that friday's stream reveal of his rework doesn't ruin him
