equinox's night form isn't loading into missions properly

i loaded into a mission at one point and I found out that my equinox has some pieces of her composite form showing up. It didn't affect the flag like bits as in the colors and their appearance.  Basically her helmet is in the shape it would be When she is in night form but her body is that of her composite form and the colors are the same as her composite form too. again this is on her body is not on her cloth bits. I have a screenshot of the bug on my activity feed on xbox and I can't really attach the image to this post. if I am missing any information about this please let me know so that I can improve my post and Add as much detail as I can to the best of my ability.

I was about to report that! On ps4, too.

It does it when using your focus ability, also. (And maybe randomly sometimes?)

 

It's quite frustrating to have to use your 1 twice and self damage again when using peaceful provocation (even more with energy conversion!), if you care about fashion/endgame.

 

EDIT: should I do a thread for ps4 too?

Also, when trying on syandanas and when getting out of water in Uranus missions, it does it.
