Built Forma not stacking after claiming(thus disappearing)

So I am unsure if this is just me tripping multiple times or if this is something that should be fixed soon. I'll start from the top:

 

End of January I had one forma already built. Started building another before I went to work. A bit after I got back from work the Forma I was building was done so I claimed. it. I could not play that night so I just claimed what I could and started builds for the next day before bed. (Flash forward to next day after work)I actually have time to play and I claim the Forma that I started the day before. I go check to put forma on my Phage and it says I only have ONE AVAILABLE. This happens again two weeks later. 

Is this intentional? Am I tripping? TO be honest Im not sure. Im testing it tonight to see if it happens again. After I noticed this happening I started to only have one on deck. But nothing else does this. Only Forma. Please let me know if anyone else having this problem.
