Host migration = buff lose

It probably happens because mission information (active buffs/debuffs and so forth) is stored with the host, so if the host changes the prior data is lost.

It can be frustrating, but I don't think it's so terrible. The buff from Kavats is happens reasonably often, and combo multiplier being lost is annoying but not insurmountable.

You'll also lose any activated focus passives which sucks with the cooldown.

This one is particularly frustrating, especially if you have a lot of your tree unlocked.

in devstream was it 2 ago they said they will look into the cooldown and mix it with normal power usage so active players don't have to wait insanely long to get their passives in play

Not when you are farming traces (coincidence?) - it's like one per 10-20 non-endless missions. And on survival you can get up to 2-3k combo that are pretty sad to loose to. Especially if you do no damage to high-level enemies without that combo.

You know, you can live without lots of common things, but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't have them.
