Playing solo is the best solution, but if you're new to Warframe solo may not be an option. Next best recommendation is to run missions only with friends who won't leave mid-mission. DE now requires screenshots to refund any lost items. You can try, but I don't know how successful you will be. Open a support ticket and see, is all I can say. Regarding your post, though, try to use a more descriptive title than "Help!" in the future. It's best if you actually include a little information about what is going on so people know what the post is about before going in.
