Unfinishable Sabotage mission

When doing an invasion sabotage mission and supporting the Grineer, I re-inserted the fuel cell and started the reactor to create a meltdown and spread fire throughout the ship. Then I had to go hack a console to open blast doors before extracting, but the mission directive sent me back to the Grineer ship. I had used a launch pod to transfer ships, so there was no way to go back, and I had to abort the mission.
