공식홈페이지 접속을 해야하는데 자꾸 " 자동봇 방지 툴을 통해 본인확인 " 부분에서 체크하는 부분이 비활성화 되어 로그인이 불가능합니다.  이 포럼 글도  인게임 내부에서 플레티넘거래 누르기시에 열리는 홈페이지로 접속한 것입니다.  혹시 이 해결 방법을 아는분 없으신가요?   DE쪽은 1개월째 대답이 없습니다.  딱히 질문란도 사용해봤지만 무용지물이였고  브라우져도 바꿔보고 컴퓨터 포맷도 해봤지만 답은 없었습니다.  혹시 같은 증상을 겪으셨거나 해결하신분이 있나요?  이 문제에 대해서 도움이 필요합니다.

You should also consider a kind of bug that is caused by recognizing the user as a bot due to an error in the reCAPTCHA program produced by Google.

Even if you turn off the internet vpn, you won't be able to access it right away. Because Google bots should also be given time to judge, so wait at least 5 minutes before accessing it
