Infested enemies not moving towards defense object on Grineer Shipyard tileset on Semini, Ceres (Might be one-time)

While doing the Semini Ceres defense, all of a sudden the infested enemies stopped coming out of the doors towards the defense pod. They only activated when I or the other player moved within a pretty short range of them. I believe just enough range to open the door in front of them. I know they at least stand there for over 10 seconds as I timed them while the other person in my squad was away from the set of them that I found. It might have been longer as it took me a bit to find them.

This could have been triggered by a host migration due to people leaving on wave 5, as that's when the problems seemed to have started.

As a side note, the pod was in the non-starting position. I'm unsure if the pod always starts in the same position, but the pod was in the position where it's right in front of some openable caches
