175% stt which mean u only need 2 stt mod ? to reach 100% ... it can but not with this stats .. i saw it twice ... 1 only have fire rate + 180% stt, the other is - multishot, a lot to have + dmg and + stt chance. if a kohm have multi / dmg with a normal or no negative i dont think it can reach that
