Melee Combos menu not displaying melee keybind

My keybind for Melee Attack (middle mouse button AKA click scrollwheel) is not showing up in the Melee Combos menu in the pause menu, making the combos unreadable. Tried with several stances / weapons, same result, so probably not stance-specific.

Last time I checked the combo screen (about 6 months ago), everything worked fine, keybind would show up as the "middle click" icon.

I've been having this problem as of DECEMBER 6, and it has still been largely ignored.

I have re-installed the entire game but that did not resolve this issue.
