Host seeing incorrect rarity colour on client's Relic rewards

I was recently burning through a bunch of Relics trying to get the last parts of Banshee that I needed.  A decent number of Radiant Relics were used and giving Uncommon rewards each time but then my clan-mate who was hosting complained that all my Relics were giving Common rewards and what a waste of Void Trace it had been.  I told him they'd all been Uncommon and he told me they were all bronze text on his screen.  Even when we eventually got the Rare parts we were after the text was apparently bronze instead of golden.
