"speed" Visual Effect

I don't play volt. I don't do this because the visual effect of Speed being cast frequently, the zooming of the camera, gives me a headache. Can we please have some sort of means to disable this outside of quitting if some fuckhead decides to spam it constantly? Why does the camera even need to zoom in and out?
