Cincero - The Food Warframe

This is Cinero, the proficient, the cook. 

An expert chef, Cinero is a support Warframe who can make divine dishes to change the course of the battlefield.

PASSIVE: All You Can Eat - Cincero's culinary expertise adds 50% more value to drops he collects (health orbs, energy orbs, ammo, etc).

1. Spicy Entree - Cincero spawns a dish of absurdly spicy Kubrow sirloin where his reticle is pointing. The fragrance from the dish will give it unlimited aggro in a diamater of 10/15/20/25 meters, dragging enemies towards it. Enemies who make contact with the dish will start eating it, draining the sirloin of its hitpoints. As soon as the hitpoints are depleted and the sirloin ate, enemies who consumed it will catch fire, damage done depending on how much hitpoints they removed from the sirloin (i.e., how much of the dish they ate). The leftover plate can be retrieved as ammo for his fourth ability.

2. Hors D'oeuvre - His only wheel ability, Cincero spawns a dish where he is standing after a small prep time, the dish cooked giving a certain buff to himself or his allies for 12/17/22/25 seconds. Only one dish per ally. Leftover plates can be retrieved as ammo for his fourth ability.

• Fried Lotus Root will provide an increase in health capacity.
• Lanx Fin Soup will provide an increase in energy capacity.
• Drahk Ribs will provide overshield, and
• Grilled Hyekka Tail will provide an increase in armor.

3. Snack Break - Cincero sits himself down and consumes dish after dish of food. The food replenishes the following attributes in this order: health, shield, overshield, energy, ammo. (If health is full, shields will start to replenish, etc.) If he eats too little food, he will be left unsatisfied, and the replenishments will halve. If he eats too much, he will be granted with a debuff called "Overeating", and will walk 50% slower as a result of all the food.  Dishes will be rapidly converted to ammo for his fourth ability. 

4. Dish Out - Turn their feast into a famine, Tenno. Cincero converts to his leftover dishes and uses them as throwing weapons, dealing heavy Slash damage and leaving Shards on the ground that hurt enemies that walk on them. He can hold a maximum of 100 dishes, and can cancel out of the ability at any time to conserve his remaining dishes.

thats a pepper shaker!

(though modern pepperbox pistols are either single double or rarely quad barrel.  one of the custom ones i own is a double vertical load)
