Ability 1: Sacrifice your primary weapon and 25 energy to stun a single enemy? That does not seem worth it.

Ability 2: Cool idea, pair that with punch through modded weapons for some tactical fun.

Ability 3:Sleight of hand+mind control for robots? It's okay i guess?

Ability 4: I really can't see why anyone would use that, seems more like a hindrance than anything. Use 100 energy for a chance at no shields and fire hazard....great.

Also 30 health means you get one single slash, magnetic or toxin proc and you're dead.

P1: It is funny though. hmm... Maybe it also gives her a buff of some kind? Or makes the affected enemy super powerful, but then dies at the end?

P2: Thanks! Oh Yeeeaaaah!

P3: Hmm... I'll add a few extra things. It's a 3rd power after all.

P4: The effects only affect enemies. So like, the no shields effect would wreck corpus enemies.

  • (you'd do 50% more damage to Seekers with weapons and powers.)

I feel like this could be a little overpowered, especially with this helios augment. Maybe instead of "every time the enemy was scanned=dmg", it could just be a dmg boost when you complete <enemy> codex entry. Or undetectable by cameras (since the cameras might mistake her tech bits for corpus bits?).

this would give power to people who complete codex over the new people who havent.  maybe having a SNITCH eye that can mark targets and scans them for codex will help, but honestly im not sure how people would play this frame, is a defense frame, an offense frame, support or stealth?

You can't scan other players, or warframes so her passive would have no effect in PvP.

Her first power already scans and marks enemies on the map, and highlights them.

What's the point of playing a game that is endless if you aren't constantly getting more powerful?

None of her powers actually deal damage, unless Anomaly gets a damage type effect, and even then, that wouldn't be much.

Ways to play this frame.

Scan enemies with first, allowing you to see them through walls. Then shoot them with a punchthrough gun.

Assimilate an enemy, get killed, become the enemy. (which as long as you don't attack other enemies allows you to be stealthy)

As the enemy sneak to wherever and do whatever you need to do. Like get into a spy vault.

Or walk your puppet into a crowd, wait for her to reform, activate her reform, and blast them all with the small explosion/anomaly.

Hijack corpus robots to fight for you. Or set off enemy traps on themselves.

Create an Anomaly that only affect enemies around a defense target. Or in a doorway, or wherever.

No shields anomaly would wreck corpus.

okay i still wouldnt want to play her.  no damage means no interest.  Even Mr. Utility: Vauban has a plethora of damage vectors in his kit, but he isnt used often, and i think this warframe would see less playtime than atlas (who is ranked the lowest played/owned frame in the game)

I'll just assume you didn't read everything.

i did.  I still wouldnt play her save for mastery fodder. I dont like having mastery fodder warframes in the game because it means that, that warframe isnt getting attention.

First you say her passive is too OP, now you say she's mastery fodder?

She can scan many things at once, highlight enemies behind walls, confuse/hack enemies to work for her, take over their bodies if she dies,

short circuit enemy energy weapons, hijack entire armies of robots, completely nullify traps like laser doors, or make them trigger on their allies instead of the players,

and unleash the power of up to 4 mission/nightmare effects on your enemies at once.

Mission/Nightmare effects like,

no shields, (imagine how easy it would be to kill a high level corups guy if the had 0 shields)

extreme heat, (heat damage every second to enemies)

extreme cold, (enemies are slowed)

radiation, (enemies fight each otherr)

magnetism, (enemies are pulled in, and zapped of energy, and constant shield damage)

low gravity, (not very useful)

Death Detonation, (enemies explode on death dealing 500 blast damage to enemies in 20 meters)

Energy Drain, (enemies constantly lose energy, meaning they can't use special attacks, like grenades, or sapper orbs)

Health Vampire, (enemies constantly lose health, but can regain health if the kill a player)

Longer Reload, (takes longer for enemies to reload)

Lethal Explosive Barrels, (explosive barrels kill enemies when they explode)

Friendly Fire, (enemies can hurt each other)

Augmented Enemy Shields, (player and allies get more shields)

Augmented Enemy Armor, (players and allies get more armor)

Enemy Elemental Enhancement, (players and allies get extra resistance and added damage of the elemental type)

(so if it was radiation, you'd have extra radiation resistance, and deal extra radiation damage with your weapons)

She seems like she could be very useful.

Sure, she might not kill rooms of level 100 enemies in one shot with her powers,

but what frame really can? (other then ash)

Besides, most of the damage players deal is dealt with their weapons,

and her passive literally has an infinite possibility of extra damage depending on how much you scan enemies.

Her first power lets you scan groups of enemies in seconds.

She has damage potential unlike any other frame.

Scan an enemy 100 times? 10% more damage to that enemy.

Scan them 1000 times? 100% more damage to that enemy.

So at first she's was op, then framed as fodder, now she's going to break everything.

and for the room clearing: nezha, frost, Saryn, Oberon, vauban, ember (slowly), mag, rhino, hydroid, nova, volt, nyx, mirage, and maybe Octavia and nekros.

Name three things she'd "break".

Which ones can ONE-SHOT a room of level 100 enemies?

The passive seems a lot better. And even though the augment seems nerfed, it can still make Helios one of the most over powered sentinels. Think of it like this: you have helios for every mission, your Helios will continuously scans a large amount <insert any enemy>, if your Helios scanned about half of your total kills in the game, you would have a VERY OVERPOWERED sentinel. Sorry it's just that I think this over observer mod is just an overpowered concept in general and lowering the values won't change that, there needs to be a limit. Maybe only up to twice the codex scans (20 turns to 40), and each value adds like 2.5% extra damage.

Finally, someone gets it!
And also gave an actually good idea how to fix the problem.
I wish more people where as smart as you.

Whoops. Sorry this also needs a limit as well. I want to say the same as the Helios' aug. (20 scan limit turns to 40 + each scan adds 2.5% dmg)

I kinda misread it...

But thanks for the feed back on the augment!

I actually changed that up a bit, removed the X per stack, since that would just be another layer of coding needed to be done.
But I did lower the value again, and added a maximum damage bonus.
