Corrupted Data?

Hi so my game just said that it was corrupted or had a corrupted file or data and told me to re-install the game after removing it from the library.

So I searched around the internet for simillar problems and some said they couldn't play it and had to re-install it cuz when they tried to sign in they kept crashing, i tried it out to see if my game was the same but no i can play it just fine now.

so i was wondering should i be worried over something or should i just push it aside if nothing else happens, just want to be sure.
