I'm still trying to do rounds once a week, but for the foreseeable future the actual day is going to vary because of reasons.  Contests will still be on the weekends on my YouTube Channel.

Ground Rules:

  • Rounds are on Wednesdays
    • Everyone gets one, if I can.
    • If I've done a request for you then please wait two weeks before requesting another.
    • If I'm backlogged then I may not get to yours for a few rounds.
    • If you have a list then I'm only going to go through the top 3, so please try to narrow it down.
  • No "extended" music links, please, just the original one time through is much easier to work with.
  • If you have a particular section of the song in mind then make sure you mention it.
  • Please don't PM me with requests.  Just leave it on the thread and I'll get to it when I can. 
  • "Can you do anything from ______?"  You're going to have to narrow it down to specific songs for me.  I don't have omniscient knowledge of all music, yet.
  • I don't really take Shawzin requests; not enough time and something had to give.

A: You don't, not until Octavia returns with the Prime Vault.  In the meantime, substitute these:

  • Bombast Percussion -> Gamma Percussion
  • Bombast Bass -> Beta Bass
  • Bombast Melody -> Epsilon for slow melodies, gamma for fast ones

The OP was officially too big to update any more, so I have moved the song list into my comments on the first page of this thread. 

I had eight comments on the first page, so I re-purposed them and split up the song list into sections.  These links will take you to the specific comment, but they're all on the same page so you can still search for everything in one place.

 I have a request if possible,

A section of Electronaut, from Vnv Nation.

based on this video link here.

The section id suggest would be in the time frame of 0:04 - 0:20, in that have it repeat with the last section having the part at the 20 second mark, or the variant with the (percussion i think?) at 20-34 after that if the added notes would help at all.

The section after that is closer to the 16 second length, but it also has more sounds (notes?) in it.

Sorry that im horrible with music terms, I really need to take a basic music theory class at some point, and sorry about the weird time lengths, the best I could find for a 16 second length was the fist and last one in those sections i found.

The music terms you're looking for are "6/8 time" (notice that there are 3 notes for every beat) and "octaves" (the bass line simple alternates between one note and the same note an octave higher).  Those are two things the Mandachord can't do.  And without nothing else to work with, not even a melody, I can't make anything recognizable out of it.

Well, it would mostly fit pretty well if it wasn't for that pesky blues fifth.  I did the chorus but it's not that great.

See this is the problem with knowing nada about music. A lot of there stuff seems like it would sound good, I'll wait a week, list a small selection, and hope I have better luck. It doesn't sound terrible, just not recognisable.

Most of the effort of putting out a tune is just figuring out whether it will work or not.  Ask me again in a week or so and I'll look at them.
