HEX!! THE WITCH FRAME

Hex first of the forbidden 4. Sealed away due to the dangerous nature of there powers. 

Mission finding the forbidden vault deep within earths moon. Obtaining 4 keys to unlock the 4 seals of the forbidden vault. 

Powers. 
Dispell: to remove any ability currently affecting an enemy including external Shields 

Hex: creates an AOE that randomly Effects an element of the field: gravity, cold, fire etc

Blood sacrifice: Absorbs blood done through bleed damage to restore health. 

Curse: does 25% health damage to Hex releasing a large AOE that inflicts heavy bleed on all targets within range, reduction in movement speed and accuracy. 

Passive: voodoo doll Self damage is shared to all enemies in range. 

HEX has no energy pool all abilities take directly from her health pool.

Gotta need lots of health if all abilities are health instead of energy. 

Is blood sacrifice a toogle ability or not and how much health us restored? 

And how much health does each ability cost?

The abilities would be the usual cost 25 50 75 100 affected by efficiency mods.

Blood sacrifice would not be a toggle ability restoring 50% of all bleed damage done at 100 power strength. 

It would be a hard frame to use with high damage output but that's the forbidden aspect of it more of a veteran player frame.

sound like a good idea , i would say it either have a very largo amount of hp like inaros or hp resotration like nidus

preferably like inaros so abilities would be less spammy , i wold suggest like 800hp at r30

also id like to see no shields on her and low armor ? is it supposed to be a tank ?

I agree no Shields and low armour, she would not be a tank more of a glass cannon. High damage high risk more fun to play.

I made similar concept long time ago, though much more complicated.
