I highly doubt this is a real word, but I can tell you it's using the formal naming structure for molecular compounds. "Acetyl" is a type of structure consisting of an oxygen double-bonded to a carbon chain. "Leuc" indicates the presence of Leucine, an amino acid. "Phenyl" is a type of six-carbon ring. And so forth. The creator of this word probably dredged the index of his organic chemistry book and just strung all the words together. While this structure might technically be able to exist, I'd wager it doesn't.

Also, what's a cornfish? I searched for it but only got results for fish chowder made with corn.
