Connectivity/Mission Select Error

Ok so I've been having a lot of glitchy things happen in warframe lately like doors only opening halfway(or not at all)Missions spawning with no enemy's, Missions spawning with no objective, but recently I tried joining a alert mission and on top of it not connecting it did something rather odd, it kicked me out of the mission screen on my ship and i was stuck staring at the mission pop up menu my warframe nowhere to be found and i had control over nothing. Had to Alt+F4 out.   I have a screen shot in my steam folder but cant figure out how to put it on this.
