Halikar doesn't disarm

There is a problem with Halikar: its disarm never works inside nullifier's bubble. I've tested it multiple times and it never removes nullifier's weapon if thrown being inside his bubble. It procs different statuses, but it never disarms. To successfully disarm a nullifier you need to remove his bubble first and only then to throw a halikar.

It seems  the problem lies in the disarm itself, which is most likely of the same nature as Loki's 4th ability, so the bubble simply does not allow it to occur. On the other hand, Halikar's disarm is not void-powered, so it should not be blocked inside the bubble.
