Ogris+Ferrox equipped with heavy caliber fires at 1.6 accuracy instead of 25.2

they're not the only ones with this issue (comparatively worse accuracy loss with heavy caliber equipped) but they are the most obvious offenders (the dera is also an obvious offender, but to a lesser degree). equip ogris/ferrox, test its accuracy. note 100% accuracy, shots landing exactly where you aim. equip high/max rank heavy caliber mod. test accuracy again. notice that the projectiles almost veer 90 degrees out of the barrel sometimes but more frequently somewhere between. test this same setup with the opticor, also a 100 accuracy weapon, and note that with HC it does not lose much accuracy at all dropping down to 25.2 accuracy which is a fairly tight spread (compared to the ogris/ferrox accuracy becoming 1.6).

i made a post on reddit ( https://www.reddit.com/r/Warframe/comments/660n9t/obligatory_reminder_that_the_ogris_still_becomes/ ) with links to videos of the issue in play with a comparison to the opticor which does not have this issue. the most obvious way to determine that something is wrong is to look at the ferrox' accuracy without heavy caliber (16.7) and note that the weapon actually fires pinpoint accurately even though it should have something like a shotgun spread.
