Reduced Power.

Power 1: Hair of Plants Augment added,

  • Augment: Hair of Trees
  • When the seeds on the ground are touched by Blood of Water,
  • each seed has a 2/4/6/8% chance to grow into a tree instead of a patch of grass.
  • These trees can be used as cover, and have 200/400/600/800 health and armor.
  • Tenno within 1/2/3/4 meters of a tree regenerate .25/.5/.75/1 health a second. (stacks)

Interesting idea, however, his abilities can range from severely under-powered (including augments) to so massively over-powered that you are basically walking God. Especially his passive. 1 armor gained per step? You can literally go into a Survival and come out 10 minutes later with about 5 times as much armor as you started with.

Each step restores health/armor, doesn't go over max.

What powers do you see as under-powered, or over-powered?

This has really improved over time, I have 2 suggestions, 1 change beam harm to a set effect instead of 1-4 random, since he seems to be a plant or something, I suggest viral.

Also this guy needs some artwork. 

Oh and make life beam just completely remove bad effects instead if random

The Death Beams already deal % health damage per hit, doing Viral procs only wouldn't add much to it.
(since Viral procs lower their max HP)

I'm not an artist, so I won't be making the art for it.

Life Beam already removes 1/2/3/4 random procs per beam, removing all procs per beam isn't necessary.
You'll rarely have more then 4 at a time anyway.
