Shadow Stalker becomes mostly harmless after using Nyx's Mind Control

As the title says. Shadow Stalker will return to normal if you use Transference (Operator mode), but Mind Control will easily pacify him over and over, causing him to aimlessly and slowly walk around. He will occasionally perform a dash maneuver (maybe Slash Dash?) but never uses any other attacks while in this state.

I have also had this happen and shamelessly used him in a defense mission. He also seems to just loose his momentum with other forms of crowd control as well.
