Host Migration

I don't know if this is the right place but I have had repeated issues with Host Migrations. Nearly 90% of the time I attempt to join a match, one of two things happen, I will join, the map will load and will show the players but all the players will be frozen, and nothing appears to register for five sec, then a loading screen will appear and say the there is a host migration in process then after about 15-30 sec, it will say that I lost connection and boot me back to the "multiplayer menu" then it will tell me that I disconnected unexpectedly and ask me if I want to reconnect to squad (which never works). The other case is different in that the Host Migration loading screen will appear and after 5 sec it will reload but all the players that were on previously will have disappeared and I have to complete the mission myself unless someone joins. Please fix this issue because it is making multiplayer very hard to deal with and it makes conclave nearly impossible.
