On Devstream 90 they talked about the recently fixed bug (Vex Armor eventually cycled his damage back to 0) and the coding that this power was crafted on. The review will aim to allow Chroma to continue to ramp up his damage without the cycling-to-zero bug. If I understand DE's concerns correctly, they will not be touching the damage or anything like that.

Well, good thing that they started to nerf everything so it's quite easy to predict and pretty much no one probably happened to buy new cosmetics for still useless frames, that's something.

A shtty one subpar in every way possible. They still can move when it shrinks and if there's too many enemies it will collapse leaving you to die in a second as well as your teammates in level 50+. Combining with the fact you still have to kill enemies to even begin to maintain that cc but can only kill them with melee it's still the same useless "trolling limbo that doesn't allow teammates to kill" effect and doesn't allow them to see clearly in a range of ~30 meters.

Because of the range and limited amount of enemies being held as well as inability to kill them with normal weapons it will be used by same special rare snowflakes that just don't like frost and vauban and prefer 'style' over common sense and reliability, for majority of missions still absolutely useless and hated by most players because he's inconvenient to play with.

Stasis doesn't collaspe if there's "to many" enemies it only collaspe if the projectile limit is reached. Or if cancel by the caster

If they are, it means that chroma will be one of the worst melee frames because he can't execute finishers without the proper stance and he lacks damage to kill enemies fast enough. Vex armor's damage buff is nothing compared to finisher damage.

I like the limbo rework btw, just need max negative duration, natural talent, and max range on limbo for it to work still. Not as good as the old limbo of course, but still better than fcking oberon's ultimate.

Doesn't really matter why, it's still unplayable unless everyone just uses melee - which doesn't happen in any pug mission, no one ever lettgo of lmb which results in cataclysm collapsing every 5-10 seconds. So yet another forced playstyle for teammates by a Limbo on their team or to Limbo by teammates, along with inability to shoot through the 'bubble' and reduced visibility because of it.

And solo it's unplayable because there's no squishier frame than Limbo, one bullet passing by will end him and there will be no one to revive him. So essencially, no mission where you both really need his "cc" and can effectively use him over other frames with similar abilities. 

You don't play a frame so you can afk for ~60 seconds on some mid level mobile defense solo.

He is very soloable. Yes thats not a word. Anyways. Limbo is still my best solo frame compared to my other frames. Have you even tried comboing abilities?

limbo excels at solo play and makes easy work of every mission type now, the catabomb was just an extra, i fail to see how stasis or rift surge(with syndicate mod )on any mission type is useless, and all the people crying about the bomb are ridiculous anyway, it was never any good for high level grineer and corrupted, the bomb is only good for everyday low level star chart missions, anyone that has taken limbo(any build) on high level missions 100+ know how crap the bomb is anyway and are well aware of how great his other abilities make him

Tried playing other frames. Won't believe, works even better. Now - way better.

Anyway, just glad that that nerf train was going on for long enough to save the pain of buying cosmetics for something so uleless once again especially tennogen ones.

So....with the limbo changes....is there any point for cataclysm besides a large stasis field? Honestly, I feel it would have been better to make it a damage over time ability again with the increasing damage as it gets more and more condensed, rather than just nerfing its burst into the ground.
