Bug on Plato/Lua | Cunning Test Bug

I was doing Plato on Lua to find some tests. I did one and then I found the Cunning test a little bit further away. I shot the 2 things on the wall and the sentry appeared like it normally would. Once I got like 2 or 3 of the pillars destroyed I had an random explosion on my back and I instantly died. This happend 2 times and I had to restart it over again. When I got to the last one, the sentry shot  his laser and it hit me and the pillar. I used a revive and I noticed that the sentry was still in a corner. He didn't attack me or anything. He was just floating there. The room with the mod didn't open up and I was a little pissed. After that I finished the mission and I also noticed that I got Octavia's System BP even though I didn't opend one cache.
