Disconnected from a mission

So i was doing ODS and around the 37 min mark the screen fades to black and i am back in my ship,looking at a "mission failed" report,without the rest of the squad i was with.This is the second time it happens (happened again yesterday while doing ODS).At least one teammate was able to confirm this on both occasions.Needless to say we lost a lot of endo and relics and i am sure this was not a connection issue as i remaind logged in the game.Any suggestions as to why this is happening will be appreciated.
