Camera stuck bug

I decided to finally farm polymer bundles

However while playing a mission on Assur Uranus i pressed the transference button and my UI just froze and so did my Nekros and it was just irritating 

I could take damage but could not fight back

Then i clicked on the menu and chose a player profile and got host migrated out just for doing that

There goes 3000 Polymer bundle and 20 mins of my life and all for nothing

This is so irritating because I finally decided to grind something in a long time and this is what happened and going through another 20 min for something i did not get the first time isn't worth it.

The worst part is this isn't the first time it happened. I went on Io Jupiter and when i pressed transference my frost just would not move and on Stofler Lua i got stuck and had to be force to be killed losing XP for no reason. The Lephantis sortie i pressed transference and i got stuck on the upper floor unable to take part in the 2nd stage and missed my fun. It even happened on a vault run.

I dont mind simple bugs like clipping etc. But when it affects my progress as a player I'm really put off
