my question is will chroma with an ice build,arcane  guardian & vex armor survive a 5 forma tonkor /zarr blast?

can someone do the calculation and find out

I don't think anyone can do the calculation unless you give us the tonkor/zarr's damage with the formas

If you have a decent build on them you probably won't.

Trinity with maxed Blessing, Link and Redirection doesn't survive Tonkor's self-damage, but survives Zarr's, if that can help you.

My tonkor was hitting up to 250k damage on some Grineer so that may be the reason...

the thing is we deal massive dmg and have low hp, and enemies have massive hp and deal low damage.

That's the whole reason that friendly-fire and self damage are big issues.

I would recommend Naramon - Traumatic Redirection + Grace + Aegis/Barrier to remove this need and It makes Chroma a lot less micro manage.

u will put self down.. cz dmg is to high.. self dmg is big problem.. in general.. its to much risk for low reward

Ever been punched in the face by a Lvl 300+ Toxin Ancient? After a certain point, the "low damage" is no longer valid XD

Hell, a lvl 140 Nullifier on MOT can one-shot Chroma with full Vex and full HP/Shields.

it is in comparison to their health.. and our is much smaller. Anyway, my sniper can hit for 60k a round.. and i have about 4000 EHP

A lex P with just 1-2 mods can hit for enough damage to kill most unmodded frames...

you might surive zar but you wont survive a full mod tonkor.

Simple reason :

zarr is dps. means is not a straight 1 of dmg

but tonkor is pure explosion 1 shot.

 

if your hp is 1k ( with shoield ) and your armor is 500 after buff = 1500

but 5 forma tonkor can go 20 - 30k dmg

better question is, how many times your tonkor can kill you LOL
