The person on the youtube video has used forma to polarise their slots in the weapon.

Use same polarity mods on slots with the same polarity reduces their cost by 50%.

e.g. Using a maxed out Serration, a mod with a "V" polarity and 14 mod cost on a slot on the weapon with a "V" polarity will make the maxed out serration only take up 7 mod space.
