Vauban's Passive (Reinforce)

Question

I've played Vauban for a long time, although I haven't been as active since the passives were added. I have been trying to max my Vauban more lately, and I have been wondering if I have been properly interpreting how his passive works.

Am I right in assuming that on Vauban Prime, who starts with 100 base armor, that if I am in range of three allies, I will get 75 armor added after all other armor calculations? In RAID's, can you get up to 175 increase in armor?

Am I reading it correctly, and doing the math/order of operations right?

"An engineer by trade, Vauban gains 25% bonus Armor for every warframe within 20 meters of him."

Base armor = 100

Armor w/ Max SF = 100 * (1 + 1.10) = 220 armor

Armor w/ Max SF + Max AA = 220 + (.45 * 220) = 319 armor

Armor w/ SF, AA, and Passive = 319 + [(.25 * 319) * 7] = 877.25 armor

If I did the math correctly, that is...

Are you sure it isn't calculated off of base armor?
