Conculist permanently invincible through Banshee

A friend of mine and i have discovered that, if you use Banshees 3rd ability 'Silence' on conculists which are using their whirlwind ability, you interrupt the ability and through that you make them invincible for the rest of the mission.

A Recast or other abilitys doesn't fix this issue.

If the conculists use thier whirlwind and end it, they still are invincible.
